SONAX PROFILINE Hybridcoating CC One (Si-Carbon technology) is a chemically reactive sealant designed to form an extremely smooth protective layer. It can be used as a standalone product or as a topper over SONAX PROFILINE CeramicCoating CC36 or SONAX PROFILINE CeramicCoating CC Evo (as stated).

Performance & Surface Effect

Forms a very smooth protective layer and delivers strong water behaviour, reflected by the stated contact angle.

Protection & Resistance

Stated wear resistance: up to 15 months / 20,000 km. Stated pH range: 2–10. The curing time can be reduced by approximately 50% when using infrared light (as stated).

Application Recommendations

Preparation: thoroughly clean the paintwork and polish if required; then wipe all areas to be sealed with SONAX PROFILINE Prepare (237300) (as stated).
Use: apply a few drops of CC One to the applicator and spread evenly over the surface.
If the applicator sponge starts to harden during application, switch to a new one (as stated).

After Application

During the first hour, spots or streaks can be dissolved and removed using SONAX PROFILINE Prepare (237300); re-seal the area afterwards (as stated).
Do not wash the coated vehicle for at least one week (as stated).

Maintenance

Do not polish the vehicle after sealing, as polishing will remove the protective layer (as stated).

Important Notes / Warnings

Use disposable gloves during application to avoid fingerprint marks (as stated).
Partially or fully wrapped vehicles can be treated if the films/decals are NOT matte or NOT dark-coloured (as stated).
To avoid micro-scratches, dispose of used sponges; do not reuse them for coating work (as stated).
