We process all orders within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once dispatched, your parcel typically arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

If any fees are due, the local delivery partner will contact you via email. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) after dispatch.
If you don’t respond or if contact details are incorrect, the package may be returned to Ukraine or delivery may be delayed.

⚠️ Customs authorities may occasionally verify parcel value according to local regulations.
In rare cases, customs authorities may verify the market value of your products.
If they believe the declared value is too low, they may recalculate duties based on their own assessment.

Order Cut-Off Times & Final Notes

When Will My Order Be Processed?

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible!

  • If you place your order before 15:00 (GMT+2) on a business day, we’ll begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 15:00, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
    • Please allow +1 working day in these cases when estimating your delivery time.

Important Shipping Notes

  • If your parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or missed delivery, and is returned to us by the courier, we will:
    • restock the item;
    • credit your account for the order total minus the courier’s return fee.

You’ll need to place a new order to have the item shipped again.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided during checkout.
  • If your order needs to be re-shipped due to customer error or missed delivery, a new shipping fee may apply.
