If you need to return something, the return shipping cost will usually be covered by you. However, if you received the wrong item or something damaged or faulty, don’t worry — we’ll cover the return shipping cost once you send it back through your local post office.

Once we receive your returned item and everything checks out, we’ll issue a full refund for the product.

To avoid any problems, we ask you to double-check your items before receiving your order.

    Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery. Whether it’s you or someone else receiving the parcel, it’s important to check for:

    If you notice any issues, don’t accept the parcel and let us know right away by filling out our Contact Form. Once an item is accepted and signed for, we may not be able to assist with claims related to damage or incorrect delivery.

    No worries! If the item just isn’t right for you, you can send it back within 14 calendar days. Please keep the original packaging intact — avoid writing on it or covering it with tape. Items that have been used, show signs of wear, or have opened blister packs or damaged labels may not be eligible for a full return. How to Return an Item

Step 1 – Let Us Know
Start by contacting us via our Contact Form or by emailing us at contact@detailing-center.com to register your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Step 2 – Prepare Your Parcel
Once we confirm your return, you’ll receive the return address and instructions. Please pack your item securely in its original packaging to avoid any damage during transit.

Step 3 – Ship It
Send the parcel to the return address provided. After shipping, don’t forget to send us the tracking number so we can monitor its delivery.

Step 4 – Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund within up to 2-4 business days. The funds will be returned directly to the card used at checkout on our website.

Can I return my item?

What if my product is faulty or damaged?

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days of us receiving and checking your returned item. We’ll notify you once your refund has been issued.
If it’s been more than 5 business days and you still haven’t received your funds, please contact your bank — or feel free to reach out to us for help.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order any time before it’s been dispatched. Just contact us and we’ll cancel and refund it immediately.If your order has already been shipped, it will need to follow the returns procedure after delivery.
