After two years of intensive research and development, it was time to take the Gyeon coating range to the next level. Thanks to technological advances within the polysilazane chemistry group, Gyeon has managed to almost double durability and significantly simplify the application process. The application and wipe-off window has been greatly extended thanks to the new formulas.

Moreover, all new EVO coatings no longer require a two-layer application — one layer is sufficient — and they can be applied outdoors; a garage is no longer mandatory. The key requirement is to keep the vehicle in a dry place for the next 12 hours and apply the product in the shade.

GYEON Q² Syncro EVO is a professional two-component coating system developed for specialists who are not part of the Gyeon Certified Detailer programme. It is Gyeon’s most innovative coating that is available to everyone — both enthusiasts and professionals. Thanks to the new formula, application is easier, as it now requires only 2 layers instead of 3 or 4.

Q² Syncro EVO delivers maximum colour depth, exceptional smoothness and a strong water-repellent effect.
Q² Mohs EVO (the base component based on fluoropolysilazane) provides strong bonding and long-term protection.
Q² Skin EVO (the silicone top coat) adds flexibility, gloss and self-cleaning ability, helping the car look flawless between washes.

Application Recommendations

1. Thorough pre-wash and decontamination with Q²M Foam, Q²M Tar, Q²M Iron, Q²M Clay.
2. Polish all painted surfaces to gloss using Q²M Polish; if needed, use Q² Primer.
3. Wash with a strong degreaser (example given: hot water with dishwashing detergent).
4. Remove polishing residues and contamination with Q²M Prep (IPA alone is not sufficient, as stated).
5. Shake the bottle and apply a few drops of Q² Mohs EVO to the applicator.
6. Apply in cross-hatch motions on small sections.
7. After 10–30 seconds, level residue with a Q²M BaldWipe microfibre towel.
8. After the whole vehicle is coated with the base, apply Q² Skin the same way.
9. After 1 hour, apply Q²M Cure and wipe with Q²M SoftWipe.

After Application

Avoid contact with water for 24 hours, and do not wash the car with shampoo for 14 days (as stated). Keep the car dry for the next 12 hours after application and apply in shade (as stated).
