Q² Matte EVO is a unique ceramic coating developed specifically for matte surfaces. It enhances colour without changing the final appearance of your matte paint, paint protection film (PPF) or vinyl. Q² Matte EVO is a single-layer, easy-to-apply formula with very strong hydrophobic properties, developed for maximum durability on demanding matte surfaces.

The key advantage of Q² Matte EVO is its neutral effect on matte and satin paints. The silicon dioxide (SiO₂)-based formula is specially designed to provide a high level of UV and chemical protection, combined with excellent self-cleaning performance on the highly demanding structure of matte paintwork.

Q² Matte EVO was developed from scratch specifically for matte and satin surfaces. That is why it delivers exceptional durability compared to regular coatings. Its self-cleaning and hydrophobic properties are also significantly improved compared with standard coatings used on this type of surface.

Application Recommendations

1. Proper preparation is essential for the best result. Note: matte surfaces must not be polished.
2. Carry out thorough pre-wash and decontamination using Q²M Foam, Q²M Tar, Q²M Iron and Q²M Clay.
3. Wash the vehicle with a strong degreasing detergent, for example dishwashing liquid and hot water.
4. Remove all contamination, wax and oil residues using Q²M Prep (IPA alone is not sufficient).
5. Shake the bottle, apply a few drops of Q² Matte EVO onto a microfibre cloth wrapped around the applicator. Spread evenly in cross-hatch motions over a small section until a uniform layer is formed.
6. After 10–30 seconds, buff off excess product with a fresh Q²M BaldWipe microfibre towel to achieve an even finish.

After Application

• Avoid contact with water for at least 12 hours.
• Do not wash the vehicle with shampoos during the full curing phase (14 days).
